What a hectic year it is, life happens miraculously… I experienced the pick of joy, at the same time an extreme bitterness of life, I felt pure respect and unconditional love from people. Anyway, a lot of things happened to me, but one thing that happened was that life took a sudden turn and slowed me down a bit for some time.

I laugh like crazy, cry and scream like a loser. I was productive, creative, highly professional, ecstatic, panicked and toned, so romantic and friendly, emotional but practically concerned, family-oriented, and so balanced at everything… in contrast, still, there was downtime which is totally ok

Here I’m sharing my life of this year and documenting the resources that might help others.

I read 4 books:

I usually didn’t read books much, but nowadays I got fascinated and influenced by seeing a few people and started making a habit of reading books. Hence the amount of books I read this year is less, but I will keep it consistent and increase the number going forward.

I wrote 4 articles:

I worked on 5 projects:

I explore these new technologies:

  • Blockchain
  • Three.js
  • Chart.js
  • RapidAPI
  • Ant.design
  • Redux Toolkit
  • Advance React Topics
  • Start With Next JS
  • Sanity (Headless CMS)
  • AWS Lightsail

I play two tune:

I started using these tools:

  • Notion: A tool I used for everything. The notion is a note-taking software platform for managing tasks with efficiency and productivity. Previously I used a lot of tools and switched between them very often, but for the very first time, I stick with such a tool for more than a year, and I found it really cool. I’m so rooted in their ecosystem, and it’s unlikely that I’ll ever switch away from Notion unless there’s a new software that is so compelling and it’s worth leaving a dozen of my favorite feature of this Notion.

I recorded a playlist of 7 videos:

I visited 4 places:

Goa, South India – Official trip

Goa trip – 2022

It was a memorable trip, I met all these beautiful people, explored, learned a lot, visit places, tracked Jangal, had accidents, received unconditional care and love, and what else is required to make the journey memorable. I felt incredibly lucky and honored because it had been a worthwhile business trip sponsored by SJ Innovation LLC. I’m sincerely grateful to SJI and all my team members for providing me with this opportunity.

I made a 1 min mini vlog about this trip: check this out: Goa vlog

  • Kadhim, Sylhet – Camping at night
  • Tanguar hour, Sylhet – Night spend at the river
  • Derai, Sunamganj – Friend’s village to celebrate Vijayadashami

I lost:

I lost my father:
I mentioned, one thing happened to me that life takes a sudden turn. This is it, it brakes me like nothing. My father, If I describe my father in three words, it should be Responsible, Honest, and Successful. The number of compliments I heard after his death, made me realize how meaningful and impactful life he lives with his surroundings. He was a great father, a successful entrepreneur and businessman, a lovely and responsible husband, a supportive and courageous brother, a good friend and well advisor, an impactful social being, and most importantly an honest person. I’m so proud to be your son, I’ll miss you Baba 🙁

accident

I had a severe accident:
A deep cut in the right hand, while doing tracking in Goa. It made a total of 9 stitches and took around 3 months + to heal correctly. During this period, I learned to use my left hand more effectively.

I gained:

  • Promoted to Sr. Frontend Developer and successfully completed 3 years at SJI.
  • Selected for the official trip to Goa, India.
  • Start getting the first few subscribers on my YouTube channel.
  • most importantly, a great deal of love and respect from friends, family, and coworkers.

I realized:

  • Do not wait to let your feelings out.
  • It’s nice to have no objectives, plans, or duties for a few months of the year. So many possibilities get unfolded!
  • If you have solid mental discipline, an accident or injury can’t stop you to do your stuff.
  • A relentless shit may happen, but don’t let it damage your happiness and beauty.

Well, that’s it for now and I’m looking forward to seeing what 2023 brings for us! Please don’t hesitate to talk to me if you have any questions or comments. Have a great rest of the year!

Happy New Year, Everyone!
